Amgen By Your Side is a personalized support program for patients prescribed Amgen medicines. Once enrollment is complete, patients will be paired with their own dedicated support partner, called a Patient Access Liaison (PAL) or Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE). The PAL/CNE will serve as a partner, providing resources outside of your doctor to help you navigate your unique experience—including information on insurance, cost assistance options, upcoming appointments, and other patient support services.
